You have the right to cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The period for cancellation of the Order is 30 days from the day you receive the Goods or from the day your nominated third party who is not a carrier takes possession of the delivered product.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used when placing your order and you will not incur any charges for such a return.

Conditions for returns

For the Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
• The goods are in their original packaging

The following Goods are not returnable:

• Delivery of Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
• Delivery of Goods which, due to their nature, are not returnable, are perishable or have expired.
• Delivery of Goods whose packaging is not returnable for health or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery.
• Delivery of Goods which, by their nature, become inseparable from other things after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse to return any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only Goods at the regular price are returnable. Unfortunately, Goods on sale are not returnable. This exclusion may not apply in your case if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of Goods in return postage. We therefore recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of return postage.

Gifts

If the Merchandise was marked as a gift upon purchase and then sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned product, the gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver has had the Order sent to him/herself for transfer at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
